The roots of this unit spread all the way back to 1964 when the Director of T.I.Cycles of India Mr. B.A.Forsyth suggested an ancillary industry for manufacturing rivets for the cycle industry to avert import. As per his suggestion the American National Machine was promptly procured along with several Indian machines and tool room accessories. With a strong purpose and state-of-the-art equipment the establishment was off to a great start.

In a short span of four years our company became the sole supplier to M/S Lucas TVS Ltd, India's leading auto electrical manufacturer. Over the years the demand for rivets has steadily grown and spread across several industries: auto electrical,auto clutch makers, power tools hardware, electrical switch gears, furniture, safety equipment, pump industry, military and defense equipment and other consumer products manufacturers.

Presently our factory has indigenous machinery and machines from USA, Sakamura of Japan and Taiwan. We are a direct online supplier to M/S LUK India Pvt. Ltd. a multinational automotive clutch manufacturer. We have our own captive facility for tools, die-making and stress relieving. The company also has thread rolling machines and secondary operation machines for manufacturing critical components.
